The standard double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was big size. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of food. The location of this hotel just off Bocagrande good access to eateries and bars, historic center of cartagena, and beaches and restaurants was particularly good and absolutely perfect.

Everything was amazing, with excellent staff, met the demands. We greatly enjoyed the stay, my room was extremely spacious and quiet with music and an AC, for example.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Boca Grande area of this beautiful city. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with everything well-maintained and clean. I particularly liked the rooms, which were simple yet comfortable, and some even had windows directly overlooking the bustling area where guests could enjoy their meals outside. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the morning staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast offered was a simple buffet but it was included in the price and provided a nice start to the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

This hotel was quite convienent, served a nice morning meal and the staff was always pleasant. The staff went out of their way to be patient with my limited Spanish, and seemed to have good skill in working around the language barrier. The beach was a block away, trips to Old Town were easy by taxis and it was simple to set up a trip to Rosario Island. So in every way, this hotel fit our idea of a great place to stay. I would tell others to check it out. Another nice benefit was using the longer pool (lap swimming) and the internet service next door at the hotel Millenium. Apparently they are all owned by the same people.

Nice hotel but nothing too special. Some English speaking staff. All staff very friendly and happy to help. A little expensive tho it was the only one we found with hot water. If u go to playa Blanca whilst there don't go off with a local guide to look after your stuff and don't rent googgles. Take a pair of cheap swimming goggles and get right away from the hassling locals just walk down the beach 5 minutes and it's lovely place. Also eat at crepes and waffles 2 blocks down and the Aussie cafe in town!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a block from the beach. It was on the main street with several restaurants nearby. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the basic but delicious breakfast which had hot food, fresh fruits, and cereals. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pool area where we enjoyed the hot weather. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place for the money, no problems with stuff. Location very accessable for anything, old city walking distance, also by taxi cheep and easy to access anywhere.
